Do you love Jesus, enjoy working with kids, and want to grow as a leader while making a real impact this summer? First Baptist Charlotte is looking for a Summer Kids Ministry Intern to serve from May 26 through August 5. This paid internship (20 hours per week and a full week during camp) offers hands-on experience in ministry leadership, program development, and team collaboration. Interns will work alongside our Kids Ministry team helping lead programs, support the preparation of our weekday preschool for the upcoming school year, assist with events, and play a key role during Connect Camp, one of the most exciting and impactful weeks of the summer.

We believe that discipleship happens in the home and is supplemented and encouraged by the church. We want to partner with families to help them make strong disciples in their homes. Our ministry seeks to provide programs, resources, celebrate milestones all in the context of relationships.
