Falling In Love With Jesus
What does it really mean to be a witness for Jesus? The answer might surprise us. It turns out that every single one of us is already a natural evangelist. We talk passionately about the restaurants we love, the shows we cannot stop watching, the teams we cheer for. We introduce the people we care about to the things we treasure without a second thought. So the real question is not whether we know how to share our faith, but whether we treasure Jesus deeply enough to talk about him the way we talk about everything else we love. This message takes us into Mark chapter 2, where a paralyzed man is lowered through a roof by four determined friends, and Jesus does something no one in the crowd expects. Instead of healing the man first, he forgives his sins. That moment reveals everything about who Jesus is and what he came to do. He is not merely a miracle worker. He is the great forgiver, the one with authority that belongs to God alone. When we begin to grasp the weight of what he has done for us, something changes in us. We stop thinking of evangelism as a program or a technique and start seeing it as the most natural overflow of a heart that has been captured by grace.
